Refund Policy

At Clipra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please read our refund policy below.

Order Cancellations You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@clipra.ch with your order number.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@clipra.ch with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@clipra.ch with your order number and photos of the damage. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at support@clipra.ch and we will send you the correct item or issue a full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your bank or PayPal. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@clipra.ch.
