Shipping Policy
At Clipra, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Times Please note that we ship worldwide directly from our supplier. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Europe (Standard): 10-15 business days Europe (Express): 3-5 business days Americas (Standard): 10-15 business days Rest of the World (Standard): 15-25 business days
Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs Standard shipping is free on all orders worldwide. Express shipping to Europe is available for a flat fee of €15.00.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to become active after your shipment confirmation email.
Customs and Import Duties Your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Clipra has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please first check your tracking information. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@clipra.ch with your order number and we will investigate and find a solution for you.
Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Clipra is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@clipra.ch before your order is shipped.
